Sevenoaks is located approximately one hour east of Vancouver, and minutes from two U.S. border crossings. Strategically located at the intersection of two major connectors, South Fraser Way and Gladwin Road, Sevenoaks is easily accessible from all parts of the Fraser Valley.

Sevenoaks is located adjacent to scenic Centennial/Mill Lake & Trail (Outdoor Pool & Water Spray Park) and the Central Transit Bus Loop. Within a two-block radius are Abbotsford Recreational Centre, City Hall, Abbotsford Library, and the University of the Fraser Valley is also nearby.
